We are seeking a committed individual to join the equities operational team to support the post trade processing and daily reconciliation monitoring process. The candidate needs to be attentive to details with data integrity mindset who thrives off learning new skills and challenging yourself in operational efficiency area.


Job Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for:

  • Support and monitor the daily reconciliation process in stock balance in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to identify the best practices for timely update of position to avoid reconciliation breaks.
  • Ensure accuracy and meticulous in daily processing of records and updates.
  • Provide administrative support, documentation, and statistics collation.
  • Liaise with different stakeholders in supporting the daily operational activities as assigned by the line manager and resolve any operational processing issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements or automation to achieve operational workflow and service efficiency.
  • Perform any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.


Job Requirements

To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification. Fresh graduate in Business Admin is welcome to apply.
  • Keen attention to detail with accountability mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS office applications.
  • Analytical mind to diagnose issues and ability to think-of-box solutioning is paramount.
  • High sense of urgency and dedication to efficiency.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and good organizational skill.
  • Team player and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
