Business Title: Enterprise Accounts Sales Support Lead

Geography: APAC

Location: Singapore

What you will do:

Sales & Presales Support: Assist Enterprise Sales team in Asia Pacific with activities that support their Sales and Presales efforts. This includes coordinating with Cross Country Sales, Engineering & account team & provide assistance in the preparation of customer proposals, PowerPoint presentations, letters, spreadsheets, and miscellaneous projects for Johnson Control Enterprise customers.

Defines, develops, and deploys Sales tools kits, data base and processes required to improve quality of submissions and to ensure consistent and timely responses to our customer's needs.

Work involves problem solving skills, working independently and exercising judgment to accomplish most tasks, as well as teaming with the Enterprise & Engineering & Presales team providing a wide range of support and work coordination.

Providing regular business communications, both internally and externally to Enterprise Account Managers and other appropriate stakeholders so that sales and growth strategies are progressing as planned.

Facilitate communication with the client and Johnson Controls internal stakeholders. Regularly engage the client to maintain current business cadence on client’s IBMS, Fire & Security systems and other systems deployed by JCI.

Monitor and provide oversight of overall BMS LoB (Control, Fire & Security) APAC portfolio related with various KPI’s & driving cadence for critical actions.

What we look for:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent Minimum 5 years of direct experience in BMS business Line (Building Automation, Security & Fire Detection/Hazard business), working experience in managing the Sales, Program Management or service operation in managerial capacity. Must possess strong skills in presentations, interpersonal, communication and strong problem-solving skills. Experience in RFP’s and RFI’s, POCs & Answering customers’ RFP’s and RFI’s for our local and global sales teams. Experience working with global customers. Willingness to travel. Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors, and the demonstration of the business. Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers’ demands. Knowledge of applicable Building Automation & Security codes required. Knowledge of Sales Process /Program Management process and tools.
