Position Overview

Role & Responsibilities
1) Supports the SHHQ CIO for admin matters including calendar management.
2) Support the team in tracking all CIO Office matters including project, change requests, user requests, approval meetings, adhoc assignments, issue tracking and documentation.
3) Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.
4) Support IT processes, documentation and activities.
5) Support the Financial budgeting and workplan gathering, analysis and tracking.
Requirements
1) One to two years' experience in supporting large organisations in administrative matters.
2) Proficient in written and verbal communication for english minimally.
3) Self motivated, driven, a good team player with strong ability to multi task.
4) Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
5) Strong in process and business workflow.
6) Good ability to canvass ideas and influence stakeholders.
7) Result and customer oriented.
