Job Description
On behalf of one of its clients in the Retail Office Supplies and Gifts, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Key Account Manager

JOB OVERVIEW
Ability to build strong engagement relationship and manage assigned customer account aligned with the company standard to deliver sustainable profitable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
1 Ability to manage list of assigned corporate accounts in Singapore
2 Develop sustainably profitable growth looking at upselling and cross-selling opportunities
3 Advocate the company value proposition to your portfolio ensuring customers get a full comprehension of the company capabilities
4 Arrange regular Account Development Plan either face-to-face or through video call
5 Cooperation with other internal departments (CS, Logistics, Marketing) to deliver excellent service and proper customized solutions
6 Support to coordinate special sourcing request from customer following company guidelines
7 Ability to manage pricing & margin accurately
8 To report on sales activities and update CRM on activities and opportunities and progress
9 Functional coordination with the International Account Manager to respect global tender and agreement conditions
10 Digitalize customer's order-to-pay journey using the company e-solution
11 Work closely with Corporate Customer Service team to develop sales and manage most efficient processes to manage customers’ requirements
12 Carry out any other adhoc reasonable assignment from the management team from time to time

Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any studies
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in B2B field engaging with Corporate Large accounts or service-based sales position
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, sales pipeline management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Licenses Diving License is a plus
  • Good written & spoken English skills
  • Good Communication and Persuasion skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset, Good organizational skills


Requirements
