We are looking for an experienced recruiter with substantial market knowledge of the APAC region to join our Early Careers Partnerships & Initiatives (ECPI) team, which is part of our broader Campus Recruiting team. Our ECPI team is a highly supportive, collaborative and inventive group of individuals that spans across our New York, London and Hong Kong offices.
You’ll be responsible for helping to plan and deliver a range of campus recruiting efforts across multiple businesses and countries to identify and attract outstanding interns and full-time employees. Your creative thinking will bring fresh ideas to our approach and help us anticipate where we need to look to find the next wave of exceptional talent. This will require finding solutions to big, interesting problems while also getting the little details right.
You will actively communicate and collaborate with teammates and internal business partners to drive our campus recruiting strategy forward. Your day-to-day will involve the strategic planning and execution of recruiting events (on-campus, virtual and in-office), building, maintaining and strengthening relationships with universities and external partners and administering timely and consistent marketing and communications to prospective candidates.

From your first day, we’ll teach you the ins and outs of recruiting at Jane Street, including a deep dive into our big-picture strategy and how it applies to our daily work. Over time, we will continue to support your professional development with hands-on training and mentorship.

About You- 4+ years of professional recruiting experience
- Has deep knowledge of the recruiting landscape across APAC
- Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
- Self-starter who can stay organized, handle competing priorities and manage their own workload
- Approachable team player with a “no job too small” attitude
- Communicates clearly with colleagues, candidates and external partners
- Strong event-planning skills; excited to lead and participate in a range of recruiting events
- Humble about what you do and don’t know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
- Curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
- Enthusiastic about travelling to attend recruiting events on a regular basis
- No financial industry experience required
- Fluency in English required
