Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Assistant Office Manager and work as part of the Admin team.
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks related to office management, ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Prepare and process payments for administrative invoices and track property management expenses.
  • Serve as the liaison with tenants and contractors for facility and property management matters.
  • Track and update maintenance contracts.
  • Participate in organizing company events, team-building activities, and corporate functions.
  • Assist with purchasing office and pantry supplies.
  • Manage and review company transportation leasing agreements.
  • Oversee and manage corporate mobile phone plans and bills.
  • Arrange utilities, cable, and internet services for management.
  • Provide assistance with travel arrangements for corporate office staff as needed.
  • Support reception duties when the Receptionist is unavailable.
  • Participate in property-related projects.
  • Take minutes for important meetings.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or relevant experience in a similar field.
  • At least 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Strong communication and writing skills to engage with stakeholders and external parties.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
