Team Introduction
:Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial exposure, and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports. The team aims to provide timely, accurate and easy-to-use financial information, provide valuable financial perspective observation and opinions. Position Summary:We are looking for an analytical Finance BP who will act as a strategic business partner to our TikTok business based in Singapore. In this role, this person will be required to find new insights helping drive topline growth and improve profitability. He or she will provide timely and insightful analysis and perform strategic planning, from preparation to execution to constructive evaluation. Responsibilities: 1. Support the budget preparation, budget vs actual variance analysis of data center and other key accounts, and prepare monthly/quarterly analysis reports.2. Prepare monthly/quarterly management report of TikTok, and produce multi-dimensional reports based on the nature of accounts.3. Drive continuous optimization of cost allocation methodology and system iteration to improve the quality of data base in territory/APPs/product scenarios, etc dimensions. 4. Understand business, prepare financial analysis reports including competitor analysis reports, cost efficiency evaluation, as well as region/country level analysis reports.5. Promote data system construction and process optimization, improve financial metrics monitoring system.Minimum Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business and other relevant fields. 2. Minimum 5 years of finance related experience, and datacenter related working experience is preferred. 3. FP&A, Accounting or relevant financial analysis experience in a mid-to-large-scale company. Big 4 and/or technology sector experience is a plus. 4. Demonstrated proficiency in using systems and tools for financial modeling, analysis of multiple large datasets and data visualisation. Such as but not limited to Excel, Tableau, PowerBI.5. Strong logical and data analysis and data processing abilities, good at summarizing and outputting documents. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Strong ability to withstand pressure, works with a strong sense of responsibility, open-minded and humble, practical and daring, and has self-motivation.2. Take the initiative to connect with business, with strong cross-department communication and coordination ability, learning ability, and proactive thinking ability.
