Strategic Development & Corporate Partnerships Executive 

1. MISSION 

The Strategic Corporate Development & Partnerships Executive at the International French School (Singapore) plays a key role in driving student enrolment growth and securing strategic corporate sponsorships. The primary mission is to attract and engage prospective families while building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with corporations and community organisations. This role supports the school’s goal of maintaining its position as a premium international school and ensuring financial sustainability through increased student registrations and diversified revenue streams.

 

2. RESPONSIBILITIES 

A. Student Enrolment & Family Engagement 

●       Proactively identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospective families to increase student enrolment.

●       Support the planning and organisation of admissions events, including school tours, open days, and information sessions.

●       Work closely with the Admissions team to ensure a seamless and personalised experience for potential families.

●       Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust engagement strategies and outreach efforts.

●       Maintain an updated database of prospective families, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.

 

B. Corporate Sponsorships & Partnerships

●       Research and identify potential corporate partners and sponsors aligned with the school’s mission and values.

●       Support negotiations and secure and manage sponsorship agreements and Corporate Membership Partnerships to enhance the school’s programs, events, facilities and Governance.

●       Develop long-term relationships with sponsors and  Corporate Membership Partners and ensure that all sponsorship obligations are met.

●       Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sponsorships and benefits from the  Corporate Membership Partnership programme into school events, initiatives, and marketing efforts.

 

C. Marketing & Community Engagement  

●       Assist in developing marketing campaigns aimed at prospective families and corporate partners.

●       Represent IFS at external events, networking opportunities, and industry conferences to enhance the school’s visibility and reputation.

●       Support the Communications team in developing content and materials for promotional campaigns, media outreach, and digital platforms.

 

D. Data Analysis & Reporting 

●       Track and report on key performance metrics related to student enrolment, family engagement, and partnership outcomes.

●       Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress toward enrolment and sponsorship targets.

 

3. REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS

●       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

●       Experience: 

○        Minimum of 3 years in business development, sales, corporate partnerships, or a related role. 

○        Proven track record in securing sponsorships or building partnerships.

○        Experience in the education sector or a similar industry is preferred.

●       Skills: 

○        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. 

○        Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. 

○        Proficiency in project management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 

○        Analytical skills to track metrics and report on performance outcomes. 

○        Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French is an advantage.

 

4. WORKING CONDITIONS

●       Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

●       Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend work for events.

5. LINE MANAGER 

The Development & Partnerships Executive reports to the Admissions & Corporate Relations Manager.

 

6. WORKING RELATIONSHIPS 

●       Internal Relationships: 

○        Admissions Department: Daily interaction to ensure smooth admissions processes and family engagement.

○        Communications Team: Collaboration on marketing strategies and external outreach campaigns.

○        Finance Department: Coordinate sponsorship contracts and budget allocations.

○        Event Planning Team: Close work to organise events and ensure sponsor integration.

○        Department Leadership Team: Regular updates on enrolment progress and sponsorship targets.

 

●       External Relationships: 

○        Prospective Families: Ongoing engagement and communication to guide them through the enrolment process.

○        Corporate Sponsors and Partners: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with businesses and community organisations.

○        External Service Providers: Coordination with vendors for event management, marketing materials, and sponsorship activation.


Chargé(e) de Développement Stratégique et de Partenariats Corporatifs
1. MISSION

Le/la Chargé(e) de Développement Stratégique et de Partenariats Corporatifs de l'École Française Internationale (Singapour) joue un rôle clé dans la croissance des inscriptions d’élèves et la conclusion de partenariats stratégiques avec des entreprises. Sa mission principale consiste à attirer et engager des familles potentielles tout en développant des partenariats mutuellement bénéfiques avec des entreprises et des organisations communautaires. Ce poste soutient l’objectif de l’école de maintenir son statut de premier plan parmi les écoles internationales et d’assurer sa viabilité financière grâce à l’augmentation des inscriptions et à la diversification des sources de revenus.


2. RESPONSABILITÉS

A. Inscription des élèves et engagement des familles
● Identifier, engager et entretenir activement des relations avec les familles potentielles pour augmenter le nombre d’inscriptions.
● Soutenir la planification et l’organisation d’événements liés aux admissions, tels que des visites d’école, des journées portes ouvertes et des séances d’information.
● Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe des admissions pour garantir une expérience fluide et personnalisée pour les familles potentielles.
● Surveiller les tendances du marché et les activités des concurrents pour ajuster les stratégies d’engagement et les efforts de sensibilisation.
● Maintenir une base de données à jour des familles potentielles et assurer une communication régulière et un suivi approprié.

B. Partenariats et parrainages d’entreprises
● Rechercher et identifier des partenaires et sponsors potentiels alignés sur la mission et les valeurs de l’école.
● Soutenir les négociations et conclure des accords de parrainage pour enrichir les programmes, événements et infrastructures de l’école.
● Développer des relations à long terme avec les sponsors et veiller à ce que toutes les obligations des accords soient respectées.
● Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour intégrer les parrainages aux événements, initiatives et efforts de marketing de l’école.

C. Marketing et engagement communautaire
● Contribuer au développement de campagnes marketing visant les familles potentielles et les partenaires corporatifs.
● Représenter l’IFS lors d’événements externes, d’opportunités de réseautage et de conférences pour accroître la visibilité et la réputation de l’école.
● Soutenir l’équipe de communication dans l’élaboration de contenus et de supports pour les campagnes promotionnelles, les relations médias et les plateformes numériques.

D. Analyse des données et reporting
● Suivre et rendre compte des principaux indicateurs de performance liés aux inscriptions, à l’engagement des familles et aux résultats des partenariats.
● Fournir des mises à jour régulières à la direction sur l’avancement des objectifs d’inscription et de parrainage.


3. COMPÉTENCES, EXPÉRIENCE ET QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

● Formation :
○ Diplôme de niveau licence (Bachelor) en commerce, marketing, communication ou domaine connexe.

● Expérience :
○ Minimum de 3 ans dans le développement commercial, les ventes, les partenariats corporatifs ou un poste similaire.
○ Expérience avérée dans la conclusion de parrainages ou le développement de partenariats.
○ Une expérience dans le secteur de l’éducation ou une industrie similaire est un atout.

● Compétences :
○ Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et communicationnelles, avec la capacité d’interagir avec un large éventail de parties prenantes.
○ Solides aptitudes en négociation et en développement de relations.
○ Compétences en gestion de projets et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.
○ Compétences analytiques pour suivre les métriques et rendre compte des résultats.
○ Maîtrise de l’anglais requise ; connaissance du français souhaitée.


4. CONDITIONS DE TRAVAIL

● Type de contrat : Temps plein, permanent
● Horaires de travail : Du lundi au vendredi, de 9h00 à 18h00, avec possibilité de travail en soirée ou le week-end pour des événements.

○ Département des admissions : Interaction quotidienne pour garantir des processus fluides et un engagement optimal des familles.
○ Équipe de communication : Collaboration sur les stratégies marketing et les campagnes de sensibilisation externe.
○ Département financier : Coordination des contrats de parrainage et des allocations budgétaires.
○ Équipe événementielle : Travail étroit pour organiser des événements et intégrer les sponsors.
○ Équipe de direction : Mises à jour régulières sur l’avancement des objectifs d’inscription et de parrainage.

● Relations externes :
○ Familles potentielles : Engagement continu pour les accompagner dans le processus d’inscription.
○ Sponsors et partenaires corporatifs : Établissement et entretien de relations à long terme avec des entreprises et organisations communautaires.
○ Prestataires externes : Coordination avec les fournisseurs pour la gestion des événements, les supports marketing et l’activation des parrainages.
