Your Role:

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow client accounts in the banking/finance sector
    • Develop strong client relationships
    • Understand media data to provide actionable insights
    • Present reports to clients as needed
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
    • Stay updated on industry trends
  • Coordinate and oversee client projects from start to finish
    • Work closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to deliver services on time and accurately
    • Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to meet client expectations
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to help clients achieve their business goals
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
    • Prepare and present detailed reports on account status, performance metrics, and project outcomes
  • Proactively identify and solve potential issues
    • Manage client escalations calmly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution
    • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Fresh Grad/Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Gsuite/Salesforce
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in media monitoring and analysis
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics
  • Strong organizational skills
