ROLE OVERVIEW:

ROLE DETAILS:

Reporting to Sales Director, we are looking for someone who understands the approach to a B2B sales role and have experience within markets reflective of our customers including oil & gas, chemicals, lubricants, plastics, and related industries.

TYPICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Maintains existing business and drives sales to achieve new sales

Meets with customers to develop and maintain long-term relationships and promote sales.

Develops and co-develops sales strategies to meet customer needs and prioritize customers to target in order to achieve sales.

Achieves budget and incentive goals.

Builds relationships with local teams to ensure cross department collaboration.

Uses Greif’s sales tools to track and provide sales information related to budget, sales achievements, and market penetration.

REQUIREMENTS:

Able to demonstrate significant sales experience within industrial markets.

Able to demonstrate high energy towards new business and developing sales.

An effective communicator who is able to influence others.

Able to demonstrate agility in adapting to business changes.
