**Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm**

**Description: SoftBank Robotics, the global leader in workforce automation, is seeking a qualified Service Support Engineer to join a fast-growing team focusing on shaping the future with artificial intelligence and robotics.**

**The Service Support Engineer will report to our APAC. Service Manager This is a Singapore based Perm role.**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**-Support and covers APAC for service related functions**
**-Responsible for daily service operations**
**-To be the point of contact between SoftBank Robotics and customers and vendors**
**-Understand the company processes flow between various functions.**
**-Plan and perform hands-on diagnostic, troubleshooting, repair and refurbish of robot as accordance to company SOP**
**-Able to create SOP for repair vendors**
**-Monitor and keep track of vendors SLA and performance**
**-Study the current inquiries trend, repair trend and failure rate and to offer solutions**
**-Update SAP for any stock movement and raising of purchase order**
**-Update SFDC for machines location**
**-Filing of monthly warranty report to factory**
**-Prepare and send announcement to vendors and customers for any product(s) OS upgrade, documentation updates, and etc.**
**-Participate in weekly factory meeting to understand current issues and raise any potential issue(s)**
**-Raise payment request for vendors invoices**
**-Prepare weekly report of logged inquiries and repairs**
**-New product(s) launch support**
**-Ad-hoc tasks assign by manager**

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**-Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.**
**-At least 3 to 5 years relevant working experience, robot industry or high-tech, IT industry is preferred**
**-Higher Nitec and/or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineer with relevant experience are welcome to apply**
**-Able to read schematic and engineering drawings**
**-Comfortable in a start-up environment with lean organization.
