The individual must be self-motivated, work well with local and remote teams, lead efforts such as systems monitoring, production change management, third party escalation, communication and interacting with client, troubleshooting problems and reporting incidents.

This role is based in Singapore and involves working a shift in a follow-the-sun model.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process automation, tools development and scripting for stability enhancement and process improvement of infrastructure
- Communicate and interact efficiently with cross-functional teams across lines business on projects, issues, or outages
- Support international clients, collaborate with teams in Singapore, and other global regions
- Assist with platform development and production builds to deploy services in on-premises and cloud environments
- Take ownership of open complex issues and drive to satisfactory resolution
- Define project plans, timelines, and key project milestones
- Maintain working effective relationships with key technology providers as well as customer contact points
**Experience - will retrain right mix of transferable skills**:

- BS/BA degree
- Market Data Technologies, Cloud Services, Data Delivery and Platform Middleware
- Linux (RedHat/Fedora) System Administration
- Programming Languages - Shell scripting, Python, Excel Macros, JavaScript, Java, C++, SQL
- Market Data Technologies - Refinitiv/Reuters TREP/RMDS, Data Distribution, Solace Systems, OneTick Product Suite, Bloomberg BPipe, Market Data Feeds (aggregate and direct), Exchange Connectivity, Data Content
- Network Technologies - IP (TCP/UDP/MCAST), Switch and routing technologies
- Storage and Database Systems - Oracle, Postgres, MySQL, InfluxDB, S3, Athena, Neptune, etc.
- Monitoring and Tracing/Forensic Tools - (ITRS Geneos, Corvil, Zabbix, etc.)
- Market Data APIs
- ITIL, Agile customer focused service delivery
- DevOps, worked at/with AWS or similar cloud vendor
- Infrastructure Orchestration Tools - Ansible, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
- Able to offer solutions advice outside-the-box - gained from abundant technical experience
