**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership in the areas of Business Intelligence covering Data Engineering/Warehousing, Enterprise Integration, Data Science & Modelling, Data Analytics & Visualization, and Data Governance.
- Provide leadership to manage, develop, and grow a team of Business Intelligence analytical analysts, centered on providing insights and aiding in business decision-making.
- Create actionable business insights to answer business questions, drive business decisions, and develop recommendations to improve operations.
- Advisory to define, implement, and governance of Microsoft Azure data analytics solutions.
- Manage and oversee the technical architecture and development of functional and technical requirements, system implementation plan, and project execution.
- Engage with business users to identify high-impact problems that could be solved through AI-based solutions.
- Translate business problems (sometimes ambiguous) into clear analytic problem statements.
- Design a plan to develop and deploy advanced analytics solutions.
- Drive organizational strategy and forecasts through improved analysis methodologies.
- Own and drive execution of the plan by demonstrating techno-functional consulting & stakeholder management capabilities.
- Measure and articulate how analytic results improve business & financial metrics.
- Identify new sources of data within the organization and provide status updates to senior management and stakeholders on the development progress.
- Execute a Governance framework for the long-term sustainability of environment.
- Perform a role that involves a combination of hands-on contribution, customer engagement, and team management.
- Contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or equivalent).
- 6+ Years’ experience in implementing successful data integration and BI efforts with 2+ years of management experience leading teams.
- Ability to discover patterns in data and deliver impactful insights in the context of client decision-making.
- Knowledge of DS/ ML / AI techniques - when and why they are used and interpretation of results from a business viewpoint.
- Knowledge and working experience in data modeling, data mining, business intelligence, data visualization, database management, and reporting.
- In-depth understanding of how analytics is used in decision-making in Semiconductor Devices.
- Manufacturing industries /functional areas.
- Ability to translate high-level business problems to an analytics problem statement.
- Experience in stakeholder management, driving project governance, and linking analytics to business value delivered.
- Experience in scoping, development, validation & deployment of explanatory, predictive, and prescriptive analytic solutions.
- Hands-on experience in data handling using SQL and advanced analytics tools such as R and/or Python.
- Experience using Big Data & IOT tools.
- Experience in implementing DS solutions on cloud platforms like Azure.
- Competence in Microsoft Azure data analytics platform and data services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks, Machine Learning, Power BI). Hands-on experience in analyzing and visualizing data using Power BI.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, familiar with customer and competitor/industry analysis, with an ability to extract strategic themes and quickly draw meaningful conclusions.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility, and critical thinking, able to maintain good judgment in fast-paced, multi-tasking in highly stressful environments.
