Our accelerated growth is driven by our successful product offerings which play an integral role in the adoption of crypto assets for a frictionless FX and cross border payments experience. As our "boots on the ground" in APAC you will play a critical role in setting up our operation, building our local and regional teams and signing partners and clients in the region. **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Business development to identify, source and onboard new regional liquidity partnerships - focus on regional Payment, FX and Crypto companies - Working closely with our Banking team to source, onboard and unlock banking and fintech partnerships within the APAC region - Business development to build referral channels for our B2B services within the APAC region (referral/partnerships setup with private bankers, law firms, property firms, wealth advisors etc) - Setup of and operationalising new local entities plus assisting with local licensing where necessary (supported by our Legal & Regulatory teams) in APAC Sourcing local talent and building out teams to support these efforts - Working closely with the other trading hubs and partnership teams to source and manage trading counterparty relationships in APAC - Developing and implementing new risk management frameworks, processes, and best practices unique to the APAC markets - Identifying & analyze strategic revenue opportunities across our core APAC markets - Be actively involved with industry news, conferences, and events and thus being a credible ambassador for the business in all dealing with clients and partners **Desired Skills And Experience** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, and/or related field - 7-10 years' experience working for a regulated financial institution (bank, payments fintech or crypto asset business) - Crypto Asset knowledge (personally or professionally) will be a distinct advantage - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) with a strong analytical ability **Personal Attributes** - Analytical & numerical with the ability to work under pressure - Ability to multitask while quickly processing and reacting to new information - Ability to think conceptually while effectively executing day to day responsibilities - High integrity and exceptional work ethic - Phenomenal interpersonal communication skills; is confident, dynamic, and assertive - Demonstrable ability to mentor, coach and develop people
