**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support for Manpower Officer, General Medicine Medical Officers and Internal Medicine Senior Residents
- Assist with manpower deployment, leave & MCs approval and claims
- On-boarding and off-boarding logistics for Medical Officers (MOs) assigned to the department including coordinating with various Programs Executives (SingHealth/MOHH) on changeover matters and doctors’ personal data
- Ensure timely submissions of assessments and posting evaluations of MOs
- Work closely with doctors in-charge of manpower exigencies in arranging cross coverage and scheduling department HOTA roster

- Diploma holders with 2 to 4 years’ relevant experience. Those with Higher NITEC/NITEC/GCE O/A level certificate with 8 to 10 years’ relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Words and Excel
- Able to multi-task
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Good coordination skills
