We are seeking a _Key Account Manager eCommerce, South Asia_ (M/F /d) to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accelerate GMV growth of Medela at all relevant marketplaces across SEA
- Initiate and manage partnerships with business partners and external agencies to ensure execute best in class product launches and campaign participation
- Drive sell out by maximizing platform tools
- Oversee and coordinate end to end fulfillment of orders where necessary
- Work in collaboration with distributors, agencies and the regional team to optimize the UI/UX of the Medela official stores across all e-commerce platform to constantly improve efficiency to drive conversion
- Plan and execute promotion plans with distributors and E-commerce platform by utilizing all available marketing tools within the platform to carry out effective programs to achieve overall sales targets
- Develop standardize KPI’s to track the progress
- Social marketing support for hospital milk business in Southeast Asia.

Your qualifications
- Degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing and/or Business
- Minimum six years' experience in online retail environment
- Minimum three years' experience in e-commerce platforms (e.g. Lazada, Shopee)
- A good understanding in google analytics, google adwords, SEM,SEO and A/B testing of adverts
- Minimum three years' experience working with digital marketing tools including Search Engine, Marketing Platforms, Web Analytics, Google Analytics
- Experience working with agencies and distributors in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to build effective internal and external relationships and influence change
- Strong business, data analysis and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in developing insights leading to understanding of customer and consumer behavior
