**Responsibilities**: : " General Responsibilities: Administrative matters such as assets control, set up and distribution of digital devices Management of system data base Prepare and consolidate reports to drive engagement with internal operations team on a regular basis Analyze data, prepare & present reports (PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI dashboard, etc) to: Update the business KPI Share operational & business insights for decision-making purposes Identify & translate business objectives into data collection & reporting requirements, and ensure project delivery from technical partners (India) Data Literacy: Educating users to ensure accurate data input Educating report/dashboard users to interpret data output Skills and Knowledge Good PowerPoint and presentation skill Advanced excel skills Skilled in Power BI software would be an added advantage Soft Skills Team player Interpersonal skills to build good rapport with clients Detail oriented Analytical & data driven Stakeholder management Mandatory behavioral traits Authentic: Dependable and act in a straightforward manner Pragmatic: Hands-on and act with common sense Entrepreneurial: Self-driven and act with a pioneering spirit Committed: Take charge and results-oriented Passionate: Take people seriously and act with passion Customer centric: Strive to satisfy customers Education & Work Experience Degree in Business Analytics, Mathematical Sciences, Business Management, or any related fields Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Market Research, Field Marketing or FMCG IndustryBenefits
