**Working in Corporate Intelligence at S-RM**:
Every day, we’re asked by some of the world’s most prominent companies to research the backgrounds of those they’d like to do business with, respond to bespoke questions, and support our clients with intelligence as part of contentious disputes.

**The role**:
As a Senior Associate, you’ll play a vital role in the development of S-RM’s growing Corporate Intelligence team. Senior Associates work closely with our clients to understand their challenges, innovate solutions, and deliver findings. Our aim is to become trusted advisors to our clients.
Senior Associates are skilled research analysts, case managers and people managers, as well as consultants.
As a practitioner within S-RM, you will have the opportunity to develop junior colleagues, ensure world-class client service, and delivery of high-quality intelligence and analysis.They also work closely with our clients to understand their challenges, innovate solutions, and deliver findings. Our aim is to become trusted advisors to our clients.

- An accredited degree, military service, or demonstrable equivalent experience; Qualification in journalism, political science, international relations or any is an advantage.
- Experience in public record research and retrieval (e.g. civil and criminal proceedings, property records, bankruptcies, corporate and regulatory filings, etc.), commercial investigative databases (e.g. Westlaw, LexisNexis, Factiva, PACER, etc.), and common OSINT tools.Working knowledge of public records in Singapore or Asia and other international jurisdictions is a plus;
- Proven experience identifying adverse issues and relevance, evaluating sources, and ensuring completeness and accuracy of public records;
- Working client service experience including independently responding to requests and issues, drafting proposals of varying complexities, and presentation of findings;
- Proven ability to effectively plan, staff, and manage projects of varying complexities within budget and timelines; and being accountable for the work of other team members, quality assurance, and client deliverables;
- Working experience in people management (e.g. providing feedback and guidance), administration (e.g. managing mid
- and end of year reviews, management of PTO/sick days, etc.), and overseeing professional development of direct reports;
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills as well as excellent oral and written communication skills; and
- Foreign-language proficiency is preferable, but not required.
