Browse our Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team openings to see how you can make an impact with us. - Support various business units as an analytical and reporting partner to plan, strategise, and grow Shopee’s business by enabling data-driven decision-making. The business units include, but are not limited, to Marketing, Operations, Products, Business Development and People. - Lead cross-functional teams’ data analytics projects, develop reports and dashboards to enable real-time, daily, weekly and monthly business performance review. - Manage a team of > 5 high performing individuals to achieve and execute business plans - Provide solid technical supporting on automation and business projects - Translate complex business requests to exceptional technical tasks - Automate manual reporting by VBA/Python/SQL - Monitor and optimise reporting flow from back-end to front-end - Solve complex data projects by using variable algorithms **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree, preferably in data analytics, statistics, information systems or any other quantitative discipline - 8+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics with min 2 years experience in e-commerce industry - Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing a team of >5 functional experts to deliver projects and data-driven business performance - Proven technical skills in Python, SQL, VBA, Tableau - Strong experience in data analysis, data visualisation, or data warehousing required - Strong ability to present and communicate key information to senior stakeholders in a clear and succinct manner - Able to story tell and transform numbers into key insights that drives business decisions - Knowledgeable and passionate about e-commerce - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment - Innovative problem-solving skills with ability to analyse problems and implement concrete solutions
