Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and strengthen client relationships with personalised branding with respect to AIA, following relevant business goals.
- Up-sell and provide regular market colours and trend analysis to these customers.
- Ensure superior customer service and contribute to the overall customer experience.
- Have oversight on the dealing infrastructure/processes/systems for the investment products, and be responsible for all sales documentation, product agreements, and service level agreements.
- Possesses sound financial knowledge and provides holistic financial planning advice to customers.
- Identify changes in regional market practice and regulatory requirements to develop and improve systems, frameworks, and tools

**Requirements**:

- Keen interest in exploring the Finance industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Meticulous and Detail-Oriented
- Possess initiative with positive attitude, ability to work as a team
- Intrinsically motivated and results-oriented and good follow-up skills
- Open-minded and willing to learn
- Undergraduates/ ORD Personnel/ Entry Level applicants are welcomed
- Bachelor’s degree / Local Diploma / Or Equivalent
