Account Executive

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Handle the Accounts Department and ensure documents are filed properly and archived for future reference.
- Handle and maintain full set of accounts using ERP system.
- Liaising with software consultant on ERP issues etc.
- Responsible for month end closing process.
- Perform timely month end financial closing and management reporting.
- Monthly Stock Reconciliation
- Handle quarterly GST submission.
- Prepare relevant audit schedules.
- Liaise with external auditors.
- Liaise with Banker on Invoice financing and Trust Receipt.
- Ensure that all insurance are properly renewed
- Handle Bank review and Tax queries(if any)
- Renewal of custom BG.
- Annual and quarterly statistic submission.
- License renewal
- Liaise with IT consultant on network issues
- Perform adhoc tasks assigned
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience handling full sets of accounts
- Possess at least Diploma, professional qualification or equivalent
- Team player and able to work independently that process good working attitude
- Self-motivated and an ability to take ownership of all tasks assigned
- Meticulous, organized, and good attention to details
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Able to work with all levels
- Remuneration and higher roles commensurate with relevant years of working experiences
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
