Singapore Airport Services Full time

**Customer Service Officer (Changi Airport)**
- 6 days work week, rotating shift
- Basic $2,500 - $2,800 + Shift allowance Avg $300-$400 + Overtime Pay

**Benefits**
- Eligible for AWS and Performance Bonus (average 2-3 months)
- Joining Bonus of $5k

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma holder
- No experience needed as training is provided

Oversee and lead a team in managing daily operations, making final decisions on matters of importance to ensure a positive passenger experience and satisfaction. Guide, develop, motivate, and mentor both new and existing staff, maintaining the highest service, grooming, and discipline standards. Ensure compliance with safety, security, and standard operating procedures of the company, airlines, and airport authorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,300.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Early shift
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
