The Company leverages its worldwide talent in areas like business, HR, finance, and IT, deploying experts to its global operations.
Their International Human Resource Team is seeking a dynamic HR Professional to fulfil its HR Analytics function:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Privacy and data protection policies: review and assure compliance with local regulations, globally.
- Pro-data culture: support HR counterparts to enhance Master Data integrity and conduct periodic clean data audit.
- Data collection: gathering relevant data from multiple HR processes and systems, such as recruitment, talent management, performance evaluations, compensation, employee engagement surveys, and more.
- Data analysis: identify trends, patterns, correlations, and outliers within the data; in several instances, excel spreadsheet will be used.
- Insights and decision-making: provide perspectives and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Collaboration: Formulate, evaluate, and review HR data frameworks, programs, processes, and interventions in consultation with Group HR colleagues
**To be successful, you should be equipped with**:
- 4 to 5 years of solid hands-one experience in HR Analytics
- Knowledge of country regulations on data privacy and protection, and data due diligence process
- Demonstrate unwavering commitment to data integrity, exhibiting meticulous diligence in manual data collection.
- Approach challenges with resilience, employing diplomacy to foster positive cooperation from countries. Navigate the arduous yet vital task of data cleanup with determination and persistence.
