**Role Overview
Integra is seeking an Investment Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the team in all areas of venture capital investing and portfolio management.

**Key Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities include:

- Perform market research on fintech (and adjacent areas that harness embedded fintech for better monetization) to develop investment theses
- Perform due diligence, valuation exercises and returns analyses to support investment decisions
- Create and update capitalisation tables of portfolio companies
- With the assistance of deal leads, evaluate potential investments, craft investment and prepare investment documentation and business plans to support the investment process
- Prepare pitch decks to support business development
- Meet with founders and screen new start-ups for potential investments
- Maintain the dealflow database to enable the team to have an updated view of startup activity in our sectors of interest
- Conduct due diligence on start-ups
- Assist the team with portfolio management activities
- Assist with portfolio monitoring, audits and regular reporting
- Assist the team on desktop research as necessary

**Desired Skill Set, Attributes and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Slides, Sheets)
- Proficiency in financial modelling and building presentation decks
- Knowledge of start-ups, fintech, healthtech or VCs is a plus
- Having any one of the following skills will also be a plus (a) Consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, product management or community management experience (b) Computer science background (c) Proficiency in either Vietnamese, Thai, or Bahasa Indonesia
