Our client is a leading Venture Capital firm and they are looking for a Fund Controller to join their team as they are raising their 4th fund.

**Job scope**:

- Working closely with fund administrators to deliver quarterly financial statements to investors
- Support the deal team and be in-charge of investment payment processes
- Monitoring cash flows and prepare cashflow projections
- Monitoring the performance of portfolio companies
- Prepare/Review quarterly/yearly valuation
- Liaise with auditor on year-end audit matters
- Responsible for capital call and distribution notices
- Responsible for regulatory reporting and filing
- Co-ordinate K-1 tax reporting and FATCA & CRS reporting
- Providing support to the tax partner on fund/portfolio tax related issues
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (such as fund administrators, tax advisers, auditors, legal counsels, etc)
- Other ad-hoc tasks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or relevant
- At least 8 years of experience in Private Equity or Venture Capital fund accounting
- CPA or equivalent is preferred
- Good interpersonal and business communication skills
- Self-motivated, independent and a fast learner
