Process and Change Lead

Job Purpose:
The Sr Business Transformation manager will help drive end to end Process Transformation for the Organization which involves understanding of the current processes and solutioning the new business process that help drive productivity, growth and optimization. The Sr Business Transformation manager is able to identify RISKS in the organization that are making the processes, ways of working obsolete and envision new and standardized way of operating in a highly competitive environment. Additionally, the Sr Business Transformation manager is able to convert and drive value from each of the transformations and help create a truly a world class organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Strategic Initiative Management : to consistently and objectively prioritize, sequence and mobilize programs or initiatives to best deliver strategic outcomes. Create a closed loop system linking strategy investments to results. Ensure the organization is focused on those projects that deliver the most strategic value with limited resources so that the lead can help.
- Drive better strategic alignment across the organization.
- Improve organizational capacity and resource utilization.
- Provide a consistent approach to evaluating, measuring and managing initiatives.
- Enable a single, consolidated view of strategic priority execution and performance.
- Consult with the Business on various strategic priorities with a balanced approach to drive and new ways of working that create and develop value optimization for the business and enable adoption of best-in-class practices.
- Being deliberate about to design and deploy program governance is a critical factor to enabling programs to succeed and meet their objectives. Monitor the progress on value attained both on the top line and bottom line to dive a stronger SG&A for the region.
- Be the strategic interface for APJ on key Strategic priorities Globally for Transformation initiatives, represent all issues and develop risk mitigation plans and drive the financial reporting and integration
- Identify new opportunities and establish enabling systems and processes of Value growth in the organization and also build business cases that augment the need for transformation and is able to rally the right leadership support to execute to plan
- Ability to Partner, manage and influence senior stakeholders with the vision to drive a shared goal. Drive strategic thinking with clear and articulated planning
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 10 to 15 Years of relevant work experience is required.
- 3 to 5 Years of experience directly managing or supervising employees is required.
- Master's or Post graduate Degree is required.
- Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
- Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
- Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
- Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive.
- Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
**Working Conditions**:
- Global travel required.
- Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
- Professional, office environment.
