**The Opportunity**:
As a Penhaligon’s Fragrance Consultant, you will be introducing our iconic fragrances and matching Customers with their scented soulmates You’ll be actively seeking new sales opportunities, learning about olfactive methods and ingredients and above all, delivering exceptional customer service by fostering lasting client relationships.

**What you´ll get to do**:
**Sales and Customer Service**
- Develop a deep understanding of the brand's past and present creations, including raw ingredients and extraction methods.
- Entertain clients by providing a unique in-store experience that inspires connections & fosters loyalty.
- Tell compelling stories within brand and explain product contents while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Work towards individual and store-level sales goals by actively converting footfall and driving sales.
- Adhere to company guidelines, including service procedures, returns, exchanges, etc.
- Follow visual merchandising and brand guidelines, maintaining high standards of housekeeping & cleanliness both front and back of house.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail, sales, or the FMCG industry.
- Minimum GCE 'O' level/diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a one-to-one sales environment, ideally within Fragrance, Beauty, or Luxury sectors.

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
