Job Summary: As a Lancôme Beauty Consultant, you will embody the elegance and sophistication of the brand, providing exceptional client service and expert beauty advice. You will create a personalized and luxurious experience for each client, building relationships and fostering brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities Elevated Client Experience: Provide a warm and welcoming environment for every client. Offer personalized consultations, including skincare analysis, makeup application, and fragrance selection, tailored to individual needs and preferences. Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting and selling Lancôme's range of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products. Product Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Lancôme's product portfolio, ingredients, benefits, and application techniques. Brand Representation: Embody the Lancôme brand image of elegance, sophistication, and scientific innovation in all client interactions. Visual Merchandising: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of an attractive and inviting retail environment. Operational Excellence: Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to sales, customer service, and inventory management. Teamwork & Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications O-Level, SPM or equivalent; Cosmetology related certification preferred Previous experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the beauty industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for beauty and cosmetics, with a strong understanding of skincare and makeup application techniques. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
