KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

**Create exceptional client experience resulting in strong fragrance sales**
- Act as a fragrance Ambassador for the brand
- Support brand fragrance team and the store in meeting and exceeding fragrance sales targets
- Dare to attract clients to your counter and present our fragrance creations to them
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience in store during the whole Sales Ceremony (Welcome, introduction, advising, converting, closing). Gift clients with appropriate brand materials (brand gift wrapping, brand bags, sampling, gift with purchase )
- Recognize client needs and can meet expectations regarding fragrances (for the customer himself and as a gift option)
- With ease, also meet the objections of clients and find alternatives
- Collect client data (purchasing and non-purchasing clients) and build long-term relationship with clients

**Collaborate and communicate with local fragrance team**
- Be knowledgeable about fragrance brand: actively assist to brand trainings and use training tools at your disposal
- Together with fragrance team, support execution of all fragrance initiatives, such as new visual merchandising, activations, sampling
- Share relevant client feedback with the brand fragrance team and contribute your own initiatives
- Share relevant information about competitive and store environment with fragrance brand team (promotional activities, current activations )

**Support daily operations**
- Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures for the Group, Brand and store
- Assist in merchandising and daily maintenance of fragrance displays and back-stock
- Follow the assortment/VM guidelines shared by fragrance brand team
- Handle stock reception and ensure the store always has sufficient fragrance and POSF (Testers, samples, GWP) stock levels at its disposal

PROFILE
- Min. 1 year’s experience in the Luxury and/or Beauty industries
- Experience in luxury and/or beauty sales, ideally in the fragrance category, as Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor/Beauty Consultant
- In-depth knowledge of fragrances and the corresponding presentation
- Unique interest in new ways to shape sales and make the impossible possible
- Excellent communication skills and positive appearance
- Fluent in English and Mandarin - additional language is a plus
- Passionate about fragrances and the Luxury/Beauty retail industry
- Outstanding sales talent
