
IT Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:
In-charge of onboarding/offboarding of all systems and EUC services including IT asset management.
Assist on the overall support and implementation of the Hospital network/cybersecurity/infrastructure solutions.
Work closely with the team to ensure maximum system stability and uptime.
Undertake any other assignments as required.
Identify, source and recommend new innovative functionalities and IT solutions that add value to the Hospital’s operation needs.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 3 years working experience in IT infrastructure support work.
Experience in onboarding/offboarding process.
Good technical knowledge in managing and overseeing EUC management, IT Asset Management, technical refresh of devices, cybersecurity solutions.
Good experience and exposure to latest IT gadgets, products and solutions.
- Local Health-Care IT experience
Must possess positive work attitude and a passion to serve.
Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
