A Human Resource and Employer of Record (EOR) service provider is presently hiring for an experienced Operations Director for their growing team in Singapore.

Given your leadership capability and extensive operations background, the Operations Director position is set to manage and oversee the daily operations specifically for departments such as Finance, Technology, Business Process Management, Corporate Governance and Payroll Business Management. The position must ensure that the overall operations are well coordinated and running effectively and efficiently.

In addition, the Operations Director is also expected to strategize the most efficient and scalable ways for the company in regards with overall operations processes.
- At least 10 years of experience in operations management in a senior level
- Experience in HR and Employer of Record (EOR) industry is highly preferred
- Equipped with skills and background in growing and scaling up teams within a start-up environment in an international setting
- Excellent communication skills with strong knowledge in diverse business functions and principles
- Knowledge of EOR’s/HR’s service industry legal guidelines will be advantageous
