Roles & Responsibilities

The Operations Director (OS) will report to CEO of the company. The OS will be responsible for providing leadership in the management of all corporate functions that include business targets, HR, facility development and planning, marketing and public relations.

**Areas of Key Focus**
- Develop and implement the strategic plan (that includes goals, strategies, action plans and KPIs) to achieve the Board's directions and strategic vision.
- Evaluate business performance and recommend strategies (that include the collection and analysis of relevant data and KPIs and engaging in communication) to achieve the Board's desired business outcomes.
- Work with the Board in developing business strategies to ensure adequate funding for expansion of the business.
- Guiding and motivating the designated branch managers and staffs working on admission to achieve enrolment targets.
- Support the operations office on various licensing and certification processes to maximise the receipt of Government funding.
Develop and implement performance review and evaluation system for non-educational staff to ensure the performance is aligned to company's requirements.
- Develop and implement policies to improve and promote organisational vision and culture.
- Oversee the daily business and administrative processes to achieve optimal operations.
- Evaluate and review the business systems and processes to improve optimal effectiveness and efficiency.
Manage and engage clergy, vendors, business partners and stakeholders to ensure good working relationship that advances the organisation's interests.
- Provide an update at the Board meetings on critical developments and outcomes in functional responsibilities to ensure that the Board has the critical information for decision making.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- A good understanding in HiArt would be preferred.
- Recognised university degree.
- At least ten years of working experience; of which at least 3 years of experience as business operations director
- Working experience in education especially at private enrichments education would be advantageous.
- Ability to work well with people at all levels.
- Ability to develop business systems, processes, and policies for effective and efficient operations
- Ability to think strategically in resolving business operations and issues in the short and long term
- Track record in culture building and transformative leadership
