**JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS DIRECTOR**

Reports to: CEO

Location: Singapore, CBD

The Operations Director will be entrusted with the achievement of all operational goals via consistent / continuous improvement efforts in the overall delivery of processes and technical ability. He/She will manage a team of Project Managers & PMOs to drive strategic initiatives as identified by company management.

He/She will engage in a variety of projects focusing on organization’s capabilities and performance, design and deliver innovative recommendations to optimize the operating model while effectively managing risks affecting the overall delivery and operations management of the company.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Establish quantitative and qualitative KPIs, directives and standards by which the company’s performance efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement
- Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations
- Review, analyse and evaluate business processes
- Communicates effectively new directives, policies or processes to managers
- Ensure that the company conforms to established regulations
- Plan and position for Key company initiatives
- Work with Finance on Cost Recovery/Optimization
- Align to Governance and Control

**KPIs**

There will be KPIs for the projects and accountability on meeting the KPIs. Skill needs to be built up, drive a team of delivery orientated professionals to ensure auditability of the delivery done.
- Meet the Targets - via Delivery Execution
- Reports
- Processes in Place
- Cost Optimization
- Customer Satisfaction
- Committed Project Delivery Schedule has to be met
- Deployment of Resources to Projects with established clocking to ensure booking of time

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or Economics preferred
- Business management, consulting or equivalent experience with proven track record as Director of Operations or equivalent in MNCs
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving, eye for detail, ability to deliver insights that aid business decision
- Ability to bring insight into sub-optimal business operations processes and drive to improve over time - Continuous Improvement Drive
- Proven leadership skills, with demonstrated results in proactively driving and delivering high value results through both individual and team effort
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
- In depth knowledge of diverse business function
