Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an **HR Operations Lead.**

**Principal Responsibilities**

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the Human Resources team to take up Singapore HR Operations Lead role.

Human Resources leads the implementation of the Group’s people strategy in line with business objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resourcing and engagement. The operations team is engine of HR team that aims to deliver or enable employees and line managers engage HR in most streamlined and efficient manner.

Principal responsibilities

In this role, you will:

- Implement global strategy and act as point of challenge within the Singapore HR team to ensure that direction of vertical or entity activities are aligned with global strategy and priorities. Provide positive challenge and suggestion to global processes, tools and enhancement
- Support country strategic priorities and projects, and review how HR operations team can support broader country initiatives
- Oversight of functional management activities such as cost and FTE in the context of their priorities and changes to the TOM, and lead other HR teams to deliver any management action plan to close gap
- Drive continuous operation improvements to deliver outstanding strategic HR advices to Country HR Operations team. Through challenging status quo, being creative and resourceful to determining future state process or ways of working to deliver even more streamlined and efficient service to our employees and line managers
- Drive policies and procedures adherence and continuous improvements to achieve better compliance and minimize risk exposure for the Bank. Compliance with all internal controls and external regulatory requirements
- Manage various projects and drive HR transformation through the engagement of various stakeholders required to execute strategy
- Manage relationships with affiliates including offshore teams to deliver and monitor integrated seamless services

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- In depth understanding and sound knowledge of Singapore banking operating environment and local regulations
- High level of drive and motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously
- Track record of working in partnership with business and other HR colleagues in an intellectually demanding environment
- Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language and work under pressure within demanding timescales
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels
- Excellent analytical reasoning skills demonstrated through interpretation of policies and dynamic situations
- Proven track record of process and operational management in an ever-changing environment.
- Familiar with wide range of process management methodology (ie. 6 sigma) and agile approach
- Flexibility, tenacity and resilience to deal with business demands during periods of high workload
- Sounded working knowledge and experiences in managing crisis, emergencies and ad-hoc issues
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience of over 15 years in HR or operations
