**About the Team**:
The HR Operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead HR Operations team to service Bytedance employees, to cover employee lifecycle including employee onboarding, off-boarding, internal transfer, ER operation, on-call; payroll and benefit operation, global mobility etc.
- Establish global operation strategy, deploy to all teams to achieve strategic objectives and SLAs (service level agreements).
- Support the implementation of HR Shared Service Center, centralize key HR processes to the regional centre, meanwhile providing necessary front desk service to achieve high quality service, efficiency, and outstanding experience for employees.
- Develop the annual operating plan and headcount. Plan and manage processes and practices to align programs with company goals and objectives.
- Partner with HRBP teams to execute staffing and recruiting strategies that support business needs. Partner with the C&B team to execute and deliver compensation and benefits programs that support and maintain all company HR initiatives. Partners with COEs to identify, develop and execute learning and training services and programs that support business needs.
- Provide coaching, direction, and leadership support to team members in order to achieve a learning organization.

Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of professional experience in HR operations management.
- Good people management skills. Experience managing a large team providing HR shared services, in a high-growth environment is preferred.
- Leadership and influencing abilities - strong business partnering skills and HR acumen, including problem solving skills, critical thinking abilities, coaching skills, and project management skills to stakeholders and other advisors.
- Knowledge of employment laws, policies, and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications
- Good at process optimization and digitalization.
- Good command of communication, proven experience facilitating and managing change.
