General HR Duties:
Supports the compensation & benefits management including the HR planning and budgeting, bonus scheme operations, etc.

Manages the general and employee benefits insurance programs including sourcing, reviewing and routine administration in a cost/benefits effective manner for Singapore as well as APAC area.

Play a key role in employees administrative support from organisation entry, employees relations management throughout the employment, up to organisation exit process in both documentation and communication matters.

Supports to the management of compensation & benefits, personnel data, leave & holidays, recruitment process, etc.

A key team member in managing the high quality employee communications and employee relations building for Singapore and APAC area.

Administration & Project Management Duties:
In-charge of high quality office administration for Singapore Regional Office and APAC area

Support all HR and Administration projects assigned by HR and Admin Director.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field

At least 4 years of experience in HR Administration / Compensation & Benefits or HR Generalist roles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with regional stakeholders

Required to speak and write in Mandarin, as you will need to support Mandarin-speaking colleagues from Greater China counterparts (China, Taiwan,Hong Kong)

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities during peak period

An Individual with a positive attitude with willingness to value add
