**SERVICE TECHNICIAN**
- **Working Hours**:Mon-Fri, 8:30AM-5:30PM (40 hours) occasional swap to night shift for adhoc repair and maintenance based on client emergency activation.
- **OT + Off-In-Lieu**:Work outside of Working Hours

**Responsibilities**
- To adhere to prevailing Company SOPs including service KPIs.
- To carry out indoor and outdoor service jobs (commission, repair, troubleshoot, inspection, modification, warranty checks).
- To investigate customer complaints (product defects, failures or non-conformance) and recommend solutions.
- To issue customer outdoor and indoor service reports.
- To disassemble cancelled units for stock return.
- To provide service and maintenance training sessions on product usage for customers.
- To supervise ADs during service works and to report discrepancies if any.

**Requirements**:

- ITE in Engineering (Mechanical) + 1-2 years of relevant work experience or
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with no prior experience.
- Basic English language proficiency needed to fill in service reports.
- Willing to be on standby for adhoc service activation after office hours. Overtime will be paid for work completed beyond 40 hours per week.
- Willing to commute to clients' site for servicing. Taxi reimbursement is provided for travel from office to client site.
- Independent, responsible and self-motivated with a hands-on approach to work.
- Willing to travel overseas for work.
