**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the communications strategy of the division through editorial ownership for internal communications channels.
- Lead/support internal projects to inform the update of communications strategy and sharpen the effectiveness of internal communications channel.
- Plan and coordinate communications/change management campaigns.
- Spearheads the division’s motivational initiatives through effective recognition programmes, communication, reinforcement of service messages, and other activities, with a view to enhancing cabin crew motivation and their level of service performance.
- Develops, implements, and co-ordinates motivational initiatives for cabin crew to keep up their motivation to perform at their highest levels.
- Designs and administers recognition programmes as motivation for good performance.
- Promotes a service culture aligned to that promulgated by the company and the division.
- Any other tasks as assigned by CC Communications and Engagement.

**Required Skills**:

- Possesses a university degree
- Possesses a creative flair for event organisation and is resourceful
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong writing skills
- Well versed with Microsoft Office software (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
