Manage customer data, using CRM tools to drive customer loyalty and retention through the delivery of insights and targeted CRM campaigns
- Collaborate with various functions to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate system solutions
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met and support issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Provide user support (e.g., user creation, profile settings, reports & dashboards, etc.) and assist with training of new features / enhancements
- Support global and local projects to enhance functionality of CRM system as well as facilitate and test new features within the system
- Generate reports to support and drive change using analytics
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy, ensuring that new data entries are compliant
- Support the CRC function and partner our retailer network to resolve customer concerns and queries, manage aging cases and provide case management statistics
- Any other assigned duties

**Job Requirements**
- 2 years’ experience in a business analyst/consulting role and/or experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tool
- Dynamic and able to work independently in a demanding and often changing business environment
- Effective project and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing and implementing CRM driven marketing projects and/or knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Understanding of the automotive industry and the dealer network is an advantage
