Our Client is looking for **CRM Experts **to join their team.

The person will be working very closely with the CRM team, business stakeholders and vendors to **manage digital transformation projects for any new initiatives, process improvements or new development **. This role will **support the projects across all markets in APAC **.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identifying business needs and business processes across all markets in APAC
- **Gather requirements from the business stakeholders and translate it into technical specifications **, to work with internal team and external vendors on delivery
- Be involved in discussion from ideation, design, planning to implementation
- Streamlining process and leverage on current/new technology to achieve higher productivity and operational excellence
- **Manage end-to-end CRM projects from project schedule, timeline and deliverables**

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years experience in **business analysis and project management**:

- Meticulous and organized in managing project timeline and schedule
- Able to communicate well with internal and external partners
- **Prior experience in SugarCRM or other CRM will be a plus**:

- **Prior experience in luxury retail companies will be a plus**:

- Good to have certification in project management
