About the job Business Analyst (CRM)
Our client, a top name in their industry and proud member of the Fortune 500, is seeking a passionate and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in CRM software. You will play a key role in improving and streamlining our business processes through the innovative use of CRM solutions.
Responsibilities:
Analyze and document business requirements for CRM initiatives
Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement CRM solutions that meet the needs of our business
Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs
Recommend process improvements and increased efficiency through the use of CRM systems
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, and other relevant departments
Provide training and support for end-users on CRM processes and systems
Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on CRM software
Proven experience with CRM software and related systems
Strong understanding of business processes, including customer service and sales
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible way
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
