**Project Title: Journey to Zero Carbon**

**Project Objective / Purpose**

Singapore unveiled the Singapore Green Plan 2030 which will drive progress to meet commitments under the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda and Paris Agreement. Climate change is a global challenge and GlobalFoundries will continue to enhance its contributions to a sustainable future.

The Environmental Intern will learn about the many projects and actions in GF's Journey to Zero Carbon and build a storyline and marketing materials to better present GF's efforts. The intern will also participate in the carbon emission verification and audit processes in support of the Environmental Team.

**Project Description**
- Analyze specific GF Journey to Zero Carbon projects to determine the ESG benefits and strengths generated by the projects and other Environmental Team efforts.
- Create marketing materials to showcase the ESG benefits and strengths of GF Singapore's Journey to Zero Carbon, targeting the Semiconductor Climate Consortium and other professional environmental organizations as an audience.
- Perform carbon emissions verification to comply with the requirements of the Carbon Pricing Act. Make improvements to the Environmental Management System, including automation and Big Data efforts.
- Develop and lead Climate Action Week activities and promote environmental awareness.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Education/Experience: Undergraduate in Year 3 of a four year Bachelor's degree programme
- Able to commit for 6 months.
- Interested in the green industry
- Proficient in Canva and visual presentation
