**BOUTIQUE MANAGER - JOB DESCRIPTION**

VILLA D’ÉTÉ is seeking an experienced and driven Boutique Manager to lead our boutique operations, uphold exceptional standards of service, and bring our brand vision to life. As a key representative of the brand, you will oversee all aspects of store performance, team leadership, and customer engagement, embodying the refined elegance of the French Riviera lifestyle.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Client Experience**:

- Lead the boutique in achieving and exceeding sales goals through strategic planning, team coaching, and customer-centric selling.
- Deliver a consistently elevated client experience that reflects the brand’s values, aesthetic, and service ethos.
- Build a loyal base of clientele, with a strong focus on engaging and retaining VIP and high-value customers.
- Oversee the implementation of clienteling strategies to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Analyze sales trends and KPIs to develop action plans that drive performance and conversion.

**Team Leadership & Development**:

- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing boutique team with a focus on motivation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure individual and team performance meets company expectations.
- Organize regular team briefings, product training sessions, and role-play exercises to enhance service delivery and brand knowledge.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment where staff feel inspired and aligned with the brand’s mission.

**Product & Visual Merchandising**:

- Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented and aligned with seasonal visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee inventory management processes, including stock replenishment, transfers, shrinkage control, and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with HQ and internal departments to ensure accurate product flow, assortment, and merchandising execution.
- Monitor product sell-through and provide feedback to support assortment planning and inventory optimization.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the boutique, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and compliance with operational policies.
- Enforce adherence to company policies, standard operating procedures, and local regulations (e.g., health and safety).
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and integrity in sales reporting, discounting, and promotional execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, CRM, HR, VM, and Finance to ensure operational alignment and business efficiency.

**Brand Representation**:

- Serve as a key ambassador for the VILLA D’ÉTÉ brand, representing its image and values both in-store and at brand events or activations.
- Uphold the highest standards of grooming, service, and conduct, ensuring the boutique consistently reflects the brand's premium positioning.
- Take initiative in elevating the boutique's presence and visibility within the local market through community and landlord engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of retail management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth, team performance, and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail operations and management systems; Microsoft Office skills required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Passion for luxury fashion, lifestyle, or fragrance and a deep appreciation for delivering exceptional customer service.
