We are aiming for a new form of "boutique stylist". The common language of our team is "the customer's physical service experience". All of our team members have first-hand experience of how customers feel when they are served in our boutique, and we use this as inspiration for all our services. The products we sell are from a variety of backgrounds. They are designer brands with a lot of uniqueness. Unlike mass-market products with a strong consumer element, our products are like art pieces that can be worn season after season, created by each designer based on his or her philosophy. In order to convey this to the customer, it is very important for the staff to experience the customer service themselves. Stores and online stores are just a means to an end. We believe that all the staff that makes up our team need to build on this experience. Our salespeople not only serve the customers in the boutique but also in a variety of other ways such as online events, physical events, and in marketing. They are also involved in various operations and planning. Each of them is challenged to discover their own potential and create their own position. We want to welcome people with a love for fashion and a variety of backgrounds. - People who like fashion and talking to people - People who are good at social networking - People who are good at photography - People who like graphic designing etc. Our idea of sales customer service and service is that building relationships with customers is paramount. It's not just a job where you're in the boutique all day long, putting out products and dealing with stock inquiries. It's about creating creative experiences to meet the customer's next need.
