- Position Title**:Condominium Property Officer / Property Executive**:

- Working Location: Tampines
- Working Hours: 5.25 days, Mon - Fri (9 am - 6 pm) /Alternate Sat (9 am - 1 pm)
- Salary**:Basic up to $3,800 + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct inspections of buildings and common facilities, noting defect issues and ensuring their rectification.
- Supervise contractors to ensure satisfactory resolution of defect issues and maintenance tasks.
- Manage term contractors and project sub-contractors in servicing and maintaining common property and facilities.
- Address resident feedback and requests promptly and professionally.
- Prepare monthly reports for the Client/Management Council and assist in conducting meetings, including preparing minutes.
- Monitor and follow up on arrears for maintenance fees and other levies.
- Perform preliminary troubleshooting of building and mechanical and electrical faults, arranging temporary solutions until permanent repairs can be completed.
- Assist in the quotation/tender process for term contracts, ad-hoc repairs, and minor works, and make recommendations for contract awards.
- Monitor & track renewal of servicing contracts, licences and insurances.
- Assist in the takeover of new assignments and perform other assigned duties as needed.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in condominium property management.
- Strong knowledge of condominium management processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents, contractors, and management council members.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations governing condominium management.
