Health Management Manager

A Health Management Manager for our company would oversee the operational aspects of the business, including customer service, and treatment quality, while also ensuring compliance with health regulations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage client needs effectively.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
2. Hire, train, and manage spa to ensure high-quality service
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues
4. Develop and manage the spa's budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitability
5. Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
6. Develop long-term goals and business strategies for the company, identify growth and expansion opportunities, and incorporate industry trends and innovations
7. Ensure the company complies with all health regulations and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene.
