Senior Manager, Mental Health Education

**What the role is**
**What you will be working on**
- As a key member of the Mental Health Education department, you will get the opportunity to develop, and implement mental health programmes for the general population to help them better cope with stress and challenges. You will increase the health literacy of general populations through campaigns and media advocacy, and increase awareness about mental health through various ground activations. Last but not least, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders / partners through projects to enhance the mental wellbeing of the population.
**What we are looking for**
- Join us if you are a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in mental health programmes or any projects or campaigns at a national level. You enjoy working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment. You should also possess: - Strong conceptualisation and project management skills;
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills coupled with strong negotiation and influencing skills;
- Strong analytical skills to derive valuable insights and understanding;
- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organisation. In addition, having relevant qualifications or experience preferably in psychology, science or marketing will be an added advantage.
