**What you will be working on**
- As a member of Regional Health Systems and Community Engagement (West) team, you will play a key role in the implementation of health-related programme(s) engaging lower income segments, including liaison with partners for ground logistics and outreach, administration and management of data collection and data reports, and production and distribution of marketing collaterals. You will also be supporting and coordinating ground implementation of new pilots under the Healthy Community Ecosystem (HCE) initiatives and Healthier SG initiatives.

- Adapt and independently navigate through systems and processes - Be confident in working with both public and community partner - Multi-task, handle project peaks and tight deadlines - Demonstrate strong team work; and - Work well in matrix and highly dynamic teams
