Ea to CEO/office Manager

**We are looking for a resourceful, numerate, multitasker to be the right hand to our CEO.**
Job scope to include but not limited to:
**HR functions**
- Recruitment, onboarding of new hires to offboarding employees
- Data management on HR software (Info-Tech) such as set up/update employee data, leave approval, claim approval, publish payslip, CPF submission
- Application for internship grants
**Admin functions**
- Liaise with clients, vendors, service providers and landlord
- Liaise and work with the marketing team as required
- Liaise and work with the finance team as required
- Point person for maintenance, mailing, arrange shipping/deliveries, office supplies and errands
- Manage pantry supplies and stationeries
- Reception duties and provide general support to visitors
- Arrange company events
- Manage all office and staff insurance
- Application for all applicable government grants
- Coordinate with IT on all requirements and issues
- Update IT listings on computer assets and software
**PA functions**
- Organize and coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings
- Update the shared calendar on appointments and employee leave schedules
**Skills and experience required**:
- Possess at least a Degree/Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
- Well versed with MS Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiarity with accountancy software and Canva is an advantage
- Have an eye for detail and an inquiring mind
- Self-motivated and with a good work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Relate to people of all levels and enjoys working in an innovative and fast pace environment.
- Enjoy working independently as well as in a team
