Responsibility:
- Food preparation
- Ensuring quality and safety of all food served in kitchen
- Leading and guide new team members
- Always keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized and sufficient
- Assist for inventory management
- Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Certificate in Culinary
- Team player
- Minimum 2 years of experience at Japanese Restaurant / Omakase-style restaurant
- Able to commit and work with split shift
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
